If you have tried meditation and found it difficult or frustrating, breathwork often works differently for precisely that reason - it works with the breath as an active mechanism, not a passive one.
No. This is regulation work - structured, somatic, and focused on nervous system function and performance. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for clinical mental health support. If you are currently working with a therapist or psychiatrist, breathwork and somatic regulation can complement that work. They are separate disciplines.
Sessions are conducted online and typically last 60 to 90 minutes. They combine guided breathwork, somatic awareness practices, and integration time. The 9D format uses immersive, multi-layered sound design that you experience through headphones - it is significantly different from standard guided meditation audio. No special equipment is required. A quiet space and a good pair of headphones is enough.
